If you email us, we receive your email address, whatever you put in the message and anything you attach. You do not need to give your real name to contact us.
Like most websites, our server records the pages requested, the time, the referring page, a truncated IP address, and basic browser and device information. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are read.
We do not ask for or store your name, address, date of birth, payment details or identity documents. We never need them. Any casino you sign up with collects its own data under its own policy, which is a separate matter between you and them.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for handling the matter and any follow-up, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics. Ask us to delete correspondence sooner and we will.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You will not be charged for exercising any of these rights.

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to correspondence is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason we deliberately collect as little as possible.
This site is for adults aged eighteen or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
