Questions, corrections and review requests all reach the same place. Write to [email protected] and a person will read it.

What We Can Help With

Corrections

If something on this site is factually wrong — a bonus figure, a licensing detail, a payment method that no longer works — tell us and we will check it and fix it. Include the page and what you believe is incorrect. We do not argue with corrections that turn out to be right, and we would rather hear it from a reader than leave it standing.

Review Requests

Suggest a casino and we will consider it for testing. It goes through the same rating method as everything else, and a request does not guarantee a listing — several suggestions each cycle fail the licence check and never appear.

Problems With a Listed Casino

If a casino on this site has withheld a withdrawal, changed terms after a win, or stopped responding, we want to know. We cannot recover money for you — we have no authority over any operator — but a pattern of reports affects rankings and has removed sites before. Our complaints guide sets out the escalation route that can actually help you.

Commercial Enquiries

Operators and networks are welcome to get in touch. To be clear about what is on offer: we do not sell placement, ranking positions or scores, and we do not publish sponsored content as editorial. Anything commercial that appears here is disclosed.

What to Expect

Most messages get a reply within one working day. Corrections are usually acted on faster than that, because a wrong figure sitting on a live page is worse than an unanswered email.

We do not run a phone line. Everything is handled by email so there is a written record on both sides.

Your Privacy

You can write to us without giving your real name. We use your message and email address only to reply, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to casinos, advertisers or anyone else. Ask us to delete the correspondence and we will. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

What We Cannot Do

We are an independent publisher, not a regulator, and being clear about the limits saves everyone time.

We cannot release a withdrawal, overturn a casino's decision, or compel an operator to do anything. We cannot remove a self-exclusion registration — nobody can, and anyone offering to is defrauding you. We cannot give legal, tax or financial advice. And we cannot recommend a casino to anyone under eighteen or currently self-excluded, whatever the circumstances.

If Your Message Is About Gambling Harm

You are welcome to write to us and we will reply, but we are not a support service and you should not wait on us. The National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open twenty-four hours a day on 0808 8020 133. It does not show on phone bills. GamCare runs a live chat with the same advisers if you would rather type than talk.

Our responsible gambling page lists the blocking tools that work at offshore casinos as well as British ones, along with the organisations that help with debt and with supporting a family member.
