Business Excellence and Innovation 

2010

West Pelaut, built to Keppel FELS' semisubmersible drilling tender design, the KFELS SSDT^TM, won the Shell Platform Rig of the Year Award for the third time, for consistent operational performance and good safety records. The rig was conferred this award in 2004 and 2006.

Keppel FELS won the Offshore Yard Award at the Seatrade Asia Awards in recognition of its excellence, innovation and success.

Keppel FELS received the May Day 2010 CBF (Cheaper, Better, Faster) Model Partnership Award from the National Trades Union Congress for significant productivity improvements.

2009

Keppel FELS received top awards at the Institution of Engineers Singapore Prestigious Engineering Achievement Awards 2009 for its environmentally friendly offshore rig designs.

Keppel FELS garnered the Intergraph 3D Design Award 2009 at the annual Intergraph Golden Valve Awards Competition for showcasing its proprietary semisubmersible drilling tender design created with SmartMarine 3D design software.

Fifteen teams from Keppel FELS won three Gold, nine Silver and three Bronze awards at Singapore's National Innovation and Quality Circles Convention 2009.

2008

Keppel FELS were ranked 11th in the Singapore International 100 Ranking, based on 2007 overseas revenue.

Keppel FELS was conferred the MAXA 2008 Award by the Economic Development Board, McKinsey & Company and the Singapore-MIT Alliance, which recognises outstanding manufacturing innovation and operational excellence.

Keppel FELS received the Fastest Growing 50 certification for outstanding financial performance and consistent growth from the DP Information Group. 

2007

Keppel FELS was ranked sixteenth in the Singapore International 100 Ranking, based on 2006 overseas revenue.

2005

Keppel FELS received the Singapore Innovation Class certification from SPRING Singapore.

Keppel FELS was a finalist for the Innovative Thinkers Award at the 2005 World Oil Awards for its market-leading KFELS B Class jackup design.

Safety

2010

Keppel FELS received four Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Awards from the WSH Council and Ministry of Manpower.

Corporate Citizenry

2010

For outstanding contributions to the Community Chest, Keppel FELS received the Social Help and Assistance Raised by Employees (SHARE) Platinum Award for the second year running.

2006

Keppel FELS received the Arts Supporter Award conferred by the National Arts Council. It presented the music prodigy, Bebel Gilberto's concert on 31 March 2005.
