Keppel Group Scholarship
The Keppel Group Scholarship provides individuals with excellent academic and co-curricular records the opportunity to pursue their undergraduate studies in local universities and opportunities to grow in the Keppel Group.
Value of Award
Each scholarship will provide for:
- Full tuition and other essential fees
- Annual allowance of S$10,000
- One-time reimbursement of computer/laptop purchase of up to S$2,000
- One-time reimbursement of an economy class air ticket and hostel fees incurred for a University exchange programme
Scholarship applications open in February each year and close two weeks after the release of the GCE ‘A’ Level results. Interested applicants may drop us an email at careers@keppelom.com.
Joint Scholarships with ASMI
Keppel O&M offers scholarships jointly with the Association of Singapore Marine Industries (ASMI) and its member companies for individuals at various stages of education.

Management Trainee Scheme (MTS)
Our Management Trainee Scheme is an attractive two-year programme that serves to fast-track the careers of talented fresh graduates.
The scheme offers these individuals comprehensive training through customised job rotations and professional development opportunities. It is designed to equip them with a set of strong skills and a global mindset to rise to a challenging career.
Outstanding performers in the Management Trainee Scheme will be selected to undergo leadership and management development programmes as well as to take on international assignments and special projects.

Internships
We offer internships for Higher NITEC, Polytechnic and University students who are keen to gain valuable work experience before starting their careers in this industry.
Internship placements are subjected to the skills level and job experiences of the applicant. Students interested in an internship with us may send your resume to training@keppelom.com and state the job category you wish to apply for.
Joint Industry Design Projects
Keppel O&M works closely with schools to offer industry design projects to students embarking on their final year projects and theses. Topics for these projects are generally industry related.

Employee Development Scheme (EDS)
Under this scheme, employees are sponsored for further studies.
Courses under this scheme include,
- Diploma in Technology (Marine & Offshore)
- Diploma in Technology (Mechanical) - Diploma in Technology (Electrical)
- Bachelor in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering
- Master of Science in Marine Technology - Master of Science by Research
Qualifying criteria are,
- Minimum 1 year of service with the Company
- Consistently outstanding performance with leadership qualities
- Compliance with Keppel O&M Core Values
- Relevance of the programme in relation to actual job scope
- Meet the institution’s entry requirement
