Keppel Leadership Institute

Keppel CollegeAs Keppel continues to expand globally, the Institute exemplifies the Group's commitment to develop future leaders and equip them with capabilities to drive and support the sustainable growth of our businesses.

The three levels of signature/ flagship programmes driven by the Institute include the Global Leaders Programme, Advanced Leaders Programme and Emerging Leaders Programme. These core programmes aim to build critical thinking, general management, leadership and functional skills through in-person sessions, action learning projects and self-paced learning.

Faculty for the programmes are internal Keppel leaders and external subject matter experts from best-in-class organisations. Mentoring and coaching built into programmes provide strong application and help achieve business results. Along with related networking platforms, our participants are offered a set of practical tools to help them grow and be future ready.

Keppel Offshore & Marine Group Training Centre

The Keppel O&M Group Training Centre builds on our training roadmap actively to raise the skill sets, education standards and productivity of our workforce.

KOM Training

Our Training Centre is recognised by the Workforce Singapore (WSG) for successfully implementing the Workplace Safety & Health for Marine Industry Workforce Skills Qualification course. 

Our human resources and production departments work closely to identify outstanding employees to undergo training courses such as the Modular Skills Training Programme.

The Employee Development Scheme (EDS) is another key programme under the Keppel O&M Group Training Centre which serves to encourage staff to pursue further studies ranging from Higher NITEC courses to Masters programmes.

Mentoring Scheme

Mentoring Scheme

Keppel O&M's mentoring scheme enables our experienced employees to effectively pass on knowledge, skill sets and values to their newer colleagues, thus ensuring continuity and succession in our workforce. Guidance by mentors also helps accelerate the assimilation of new employees into the work environment and culture.
